THE JOURNEY BEGINS OCTOBER 5TH
13 weeks. 3 worlds. 4 directions. 1 spiral journey.
From the ancient shamanic maps of Three Worlds and Four Directions, we've woven something powerful:
a spiral path through Death → Dream → Eros.
Thirteen weeks mirroring the thirteen moons that birth each year. Three sacred realms. Four directions each. You'll return to the same territories three times... but never as the same man.
By winter's end, the man who entered this spiral will have practiced becoming unrecognizable to his former self.
The small town Italian boy who believed he had to stay small dies → dreams of Hollywood → becomes Emmy-nominated filmmaker.
The filmmaker dies → dreams of healing → becomes Sacred Sons community director, leading hundreds of men.The men's leader who thought he had to be "spiritual" and above desire dies → dreams of integration → discovers that Eros and Spirit were never separate.
The erotic one who lived in the shadows dies → dreams of full visibility → creates The Liminal Heart and learns what happens when queer men do deep work together in the light.

Death & Shadow
The underworld of our unconscious, where we meet our fears, traumas, and ancestral patterns. You'll descend into this fertile darkness where everything transforms. Here you practice shedding what no longer serves: not just the obvious stuff, but the subtle ways you've learned to be smaller, safer, more palatable.
The Queer Medicine: Let the parts of you that hide, perform respectability, and carry shame die. These versions served their purpose, now they're ready for release.
Your shadows reveal their gifts. Your grief becomes medicine. The compost of what you release becomes fertile ground for what wants to be born.
THE UPPER WORLD
Dreams & Vision
The upper world of spirit, future potential, and divine inspiration. In this celestial realm, you practice dreaming beyond safety. Not the dreaming of ego desires, but the great dreaming that serves collective healing.
The Queer Medicine: Dream new possibilities for who you can be: fully expressed, unapologetically authentic, erotically alive. Vision the man you're becoming.
Here the condor guides you in the ability to elevate yourself and see the perfection of life, to experience the infinite and timeless. You learn to trust the visions that visit you, the ones your rational mind can't quite grasp.
THE MIDDLE WORLD
Embodied Eros
The middle world of our everyday experience, where we learn to act with focused awareness and courage. You return to ordinary reality, but you're no longer ordinary. Here you practice being fully alive, fully expressed, fully present.
The Queer Medicine: Your erotic embodiment makes the vision real. Feel your desire, trust your pleasure, let your authentic expression become the bridge between who you were and who you're becoming.
The Middle World teaches us to move with intention and impeccability, to act with focused attention while remaining grounded. Eros becomes your compass. Pleasure becomes your birthright. Your authentic expression becomes medicine for everyone around you.
Each of the 3 Worlds unfolds through the four directions:
East / Air
The place of new beginnings and fresh breath. Here, life ignites with the rising sun, and every exhale releases what's complete while every inhale births new possibility.
In the East, we practice beginning again. This is where we remember that every ending creates space for emergence.
South / Fire
The realm of transformation and inspired action. Here, the fire burns brightest, consuming what's ready to die and forging what's ready to be born.
In the South, we transmute. We let our desires become fuel for authentic expression and allow our anger to burn away what no longer serves our becoming.
West/ Water
The place of surrender and emotional medicine. Here, we learn to flow like water around obstacles, to let our tears become rivers of healing, and to trust the cycles of release.
In the West, we practice the art of feeling our truth fully. This is where grief and praise become our greatest teacher.
North / Earth
The realm of crystallized wisdom and ancestral knowing. Here, in the deep quiet of winter's teaching, we integrate what we've learned and claim our inheritance from those who walked before us.
In the North, we embody. We become the medicine we went seeking.

WEEKS 1-4: THE GREAT DYING
Practice shamanic death through grief ritual, skin-shedding ceremonies, and ancestral healing. Learn to die before you die: the deepest initiation of the spiral path. We will gently, respectfully and decisively put old stories to rest, so that you don't have to carry them with you any longer.

This is where transformation becomes embodied reality.
