We use "queer" as an expansive umbrella for all who identify as men or have been socialized as male, and who feel some resonance with queerness—whether through sexuality, gender expression, or questioning heteronormative constructs.

This includes gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning men; non-binary or genderfluid people with affinity to masculinity; and those who don't use "queer" but feel restricted by traditional manhood.

Queerness is about walking liminal spaces—embracing fluidity, authentic expression, and navigating life outside conventional norms. If you feel called to this work, there's likely a reason.

You'll receive a new email each evening with the next day's assignment: mirror work practices, prompts, and somatic exercises. This process works best when you commit to your daily mirror ritual, even if it's just 5 minutes.

Ideally, spend 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed, but this should feel like pleasure, not pressure. Dedicate whatever amount of time feels good for you—consistency matters more than duration.
